My focus is on making life better for working families. We need affordable housing made possible by proper limits on development. We need developers to build adequate roads and sewage as part of new developments. We need to keep our tax money in public schools instead of charter schools that don't even have to meet the most basic state standards. We need strong public services that meet the needs of regular people. We need a Rutherford County that works for us.

In your own words, describe the responsibilities of the office you are seeking.

To oversee how land is used, via zoning and permits. To oversee the county budget, including schools. To confirm various administration positions and county roles. To purchase and maintain county real estate

What are your priorities for this office?

To make housing more affordable. To ensure we have adequate infrastructure for our county growth. To make sure the jobs being brought in pay well enough to families can afford to live here.

Describe your qualifications for this office.

I've been a resident of Rutherford County for 15 years. My kids have all attended Rutherford County schools. I've watched them struggle to afford to survive here. I've spent my career in data, finding and solving problems. I want to bring those skills to the County Commission so I can fight to put working families first for a change, so all of our children have a fair chance to live a good life.
