What are your priorities for this office?

If elected, my primary goal is to bring professional leadership to District 4. We should make data and community-informed decisions, not those that boost my ego. I will advocate for transparent decisionmaking, clearer communication, and policies that are fair, consistent, and easy to understand. Another goal is to improve long-term planning to manage growth responsibly while making sure infrastructure, schools, and public safety keep pace with development. Last, I want to ensure county employees are treated with respect and valued for their service by supporting competitive compensation, meaningful incentives, and clear pay structures.

Describe your qualifications for this office.

I am running because Rutherford County is growing rapidly, and county government has not kept pace. Growth demands smart planning, thoughtful analysis, and cooperation across departments. We must begin looking to the future while respecting the people who built this community and remembering where we came from. I am qualified because I have spent my career managing complex projects, solving real problems, and making decisions with limited resources and high accountability. I already do the kind of work this office requires.
