Tell us about your campaign.
A lifelong advocate for people, accountability, and common-sense leadership, I bring real-world experience to this race. As a management professional with a background in investigations and defendant advocacy, I built a career on listening, solving problems, and strengthening the communities I serve. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and have completed extensive graduate studies in Organizational Psychology. That foundation shapes everything I do — understanding the challenges people face, building consensus, and finding practical solutions to complex issues.
In your own words, describe the responsibilities of the office you are seeking.
Rutherford County's greatest challenge is also its greatest opportunity. We are growing faster than almost anywhere in Tennessee. My goal is to make sure we grow responsibly by improving roads and infrastructure, supporting excellent schools, protecting taxpayer dollars, and making county government more transparent and accountable. Growth shouldn't happen to us—it should happen with a plan.
What are your priorities for this office?

Describe your qualifications for this office.
I have lived in Rutherford County for the past six years and have called Middle Tennessee home for more than 40 years. I am the proud father of two children and an even prouder grandfather of one. If you asked my family and friends what my greatest strength is, they would probably say it's my ability to communicate. I can strike up a conversation with almost anyone because I believe everyone has a story to tell. Whether their experiences have been filled with success or hardship, every person deserves to be heard with respect and understanding. Listening to people has been one of the most valuable skills I've developed throughout my life and career. I believe the best leaders are the best listeners. My commitment to listening, understanding different perspectives, and finding practical solutions is what inspired me to run for Rutherford County Commission.
