Kevin Lee McCants is Senior Pastor of Milke Ministries, Church On the Line, an online ministry he co-pastors alongside his wife, Mildred, of 41 years. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he earned a Master of Science Degree in lndustrial/Organizational Psychology. His professional career spans more than twenty-five years across manufacturing, retail, distribution, logistics, transportation, and nonprofit sectors. As a Corporate Trainer, Kevin has facilitated leadership training internationally in the U.K., China, Canada, Wales, France, and Belgium.

What are your priorities for this office?

Our nation is divided and broken on both ends—at the Federal level as well as the State level. We must have policies at the Federal level that are inclusive of ALL citizens’ needs and align with execution at the State level to yield results exponentially, not incrementally. We don’t have time to continue moving at our historically slow pace in government. I entered this race because I have the answers. I’ve written the policies that we need to implement so you can live the life that you desire to enjoy with your family. My work will speak for itself when you read the details of my platform. THE PROBLEM • In three years, 100% of Baby Boomers will be 65 years old or older. • That will render 100% of Baby Boomers eligible for Medicare. • Medicare and Social Security costs continue rising faster than payroll tax contributions. • The growing national debt and interest payments are unsustainable. THE CAUSE Kevin Lee McCants argues that the issue is structural: fewer workers are supporting more retirees while Artificial Intelligence increasingly transforms and displaces traditional jobs. THE SOLUTION Consumer Sponsored Healthcare Plan (CSHP): S.W.I.P.E. A proposed healthcare model designed to move healthcare control from employers to consumers while adapting to the realities of AI-driven workforce transformation. Increase Wealth for Millennials & Gen Z A long-term economic restructuring plan intended to strengthen younger generations financially while stabilizing national debt and preserving healthcare systems. Cognitive Dividend Act (CDA) A proposal designed to define how AI integrates into the workforce while protecting workers, recognizing cognitive labor as intellectual property, and helping displaced workers transition into independent income opportunities. There is no doubt that these are substantial changes to our system. But they are needed and required with AI knocking at our door. We must do what has never been done before to get ahead of AI technology and define how it is integrated into our job spaces. The key is to ensure that every generation’s strength is maximized to strengthen the one before and after it. I look forward to meeting with voters, churches, organizations, and business owners across Tennessee to discuss these plans in greater detail and answer questions about how these ideas could impact Tennessee families.
