Tell us about your campaign.
I came to Tennessee in 2015 to marry my Nashville native husband, and later that year, we welcomed our daughter. I know what it means to build a life, raise a family, and keep moving forward through hard seasons. I’m running because District 13 deserves a senator who understands real life and is ready to fight for families every single day. We deserve leaders who show up, listen, and act. I’ve spent my career solving problems and making systems work better for people through advocacy, public engagement, justice work, and community leadership. That experience taught me how to get results, and it’s exactly the kind of trusted leadership I will bring to Rutherford County.

What are your priorities for this office?
Strong Public Schools Our public schools should be the strongest path to opportunity. Every child deserves a quality education, and every parent deserves a fully funded school system. We must invest in solutions that strengthen neighborhood schools, not weaken them. Maternal Health As a mother, this is deeply personal. I support policies that improve access to care, expand postpartum support, and ensure that birthing families are treated with urgency, respect, and unparalleled compassion. Healthcare Access Healthcare should not be a system where you make too much to get help and too little to get by. I support expanding Medicaid, so working families can finally secure the coverage and care they so desperately need. Common-Sense Justice & Safety I believe in justice that keeps communities safe while investing in people and prevention. We must build public policy around accountability and community investment, rather than relying on private systems that profit from punishment. Voting & Accountability When we show up, we make it harder for politicians to ignore working families. We must build stronger representation to protect our communities through transparent and accountable governance. Families & Opportunity Families need stable jobs, safe neighborhoods, and accessible care. Government should aim to make life easier, not harder, for the hardworking people doing their absolute best to raise families and build their futures.
