I'm running for Congress to bring back servant leadership. As a historian, author, and community advocate, I believe that true public service should be guided by a simple timeless question: What Would Jesus Do? To me the answer is found in lifting up our families, standing by our neighbors, and defending the most vulnerable. I am running to lead with love, integrity, and building a future where we truly put Humanity First!

What are your priorities for this office?

TERM LIMITS We're going to limit politicians to 3 terms in the House of Representatives (6 years total) and 2 terms in the U.S. Senate (12 years total). This goal requires a Constitutional Amendment, which may be proposed in one of two ways: by a 2/3 vote in Congress, or by a convention called by 2/3 of state legislatures (34 states). Once proposed, the amendment must be ratified by 3/4 of the states (38 states). Historically, when the state-led movement nears its goal, Congress acts first to preempt the state proposal. This amendment will put pressure on Congress to propose their own term limit amendment. In the U.S. Congress, I will support Senate Joint Resolution 1 (SJR1) and House Joint Resolution 12 (HJR12). PROTECT SOCIAL SECURITY Social Security is an earned promise built on every single paycheck, and denying families the benefits they paid into is nothing short of a scam. To keep the system fully funded for generations, we must eliminate the tax cap so the ultra-wealthy pay into Social Security on every dollar of their income just like the rest of us. You paid into this safety net your entire life, and I will stand against any attempt to cut or privatize the money you earned. BAN CONGRESSIONAL STOCK TRADING Members of Congress should not be allowed to trade individual stocks while writing the laws that move markets. It is a clear conflict of interest that destroys public trust. I support a full ban on members of Congress, their spouses, and children buying or selling individual stocks. They could still invest through blind trusts or broad-based index funds, but Public Service is not a side hustle for personal enrichment. No more using insider knowledge or timing trades around legislation. If you serve the people, your financial interests should never come before theirs. REPEAL THE PATRIOT ACT & STOP FLOCK I will fight to fully repeal the USA PATRIOT Act and restore the constitutional protections our Founders intended. This overreaching legislation created ICE, enabled warrantless surveillance of American citizens, eroded our civil liberties, and created a dangerous precedent for government overreach that threatens every one of us. I will fight to repeal the Authorizations for Use of Military Force (AUMF). For too long the executive branch has used these blank checks to bypass Congress and wage unchecked endless wars. Congress must reclaim its constitutional duty to debate and vote on war. Furthermore I call for the ban of mass surveillance technology like Flock & Axon. UNCAPPING THE HOUSE Repeal the Permanent Apportionment Act of 1929 and expand the U.S. House of Representatives before the 2030 census so each member represents a smaller, more accountable number of constituents. I support legislation such as the Equal Voices Act or equivalent formulas that automatically grow the House with population, restoring the Founders’ vision of the people’s chamber.
